LUDOVIC DELOCHE

NATIONAL SALES

Hailing from Cornas, in the heart of the Shiraz region of Rhone Valley, France is Halle aux Vins' co-founder, Ludovic Deloche. Upon moving to the UK in 2002, he spent the next five years working in the wine industry in London.

Ludovic set out for Australia, with a view to exploring New World Wine. Shortly after moving to Melbourne, he found himself working at Melbourne wine institution, Gertrude St Enoteca. It was here that Ludovic saw the potential in combining his knowledge of European and Australian wine markets. Shortly after, in 2007, Halle aux Vins was founded with the ambitious goal of introducing lesser known wines to the Australian market. Ludovic continues to be inspired by the passion of the Australian food and wine industry today.

LINDA STANZEL

SALES, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS CO-ORDINATOR

Having studied tourism and hospitality and growing up around the Yarra Valley, wine was always going to be a destined path. Linda’s passion was ignited in NYC while working at the urban winery in Brooklyn. After nearly 5 years in New York she returned home to Melbourne to persue a wine career where she spent 5 years managing Toorak Cellars.

Over the years Linda has been fortunate enough to have traveled for both work and pleasure to visit wine producers all around the world.

Covid led her to start “Saft“ a virtual wine tasting venture, as well as a move to the Mornington Peninsula to find secure work which led her to the vineyards and cellar door of  Ten Minutes by Tractor.

Recently back to the city Linda was looking to further her opportunities to learn within the wine industry. With a passion for smaller producers who put their vineyard first and practice minimal intervention in the winery, HaV was the perfect next chapter to grow around an amazing team.
